At Rare Breed Trigger, we are pleased to offer a convenient layaway option to help you secure the products you want while giving you time to pay. Below are the terms and conditions of our layaway plan:

Layaway Terms

• Deposit Requirement: A 65% deposit is required at the time of initiating the layaway agreement.

• Layaway Period: You have 2 weeks to complete the payment for the full price of the product.

• Payment Schedule: The balance can be split into 2 payments, with the first payment due within 2 weeks of your initial deposit. The second payment must be made before the end of the layaway period.

Cancellation and Missed Payments

• If no payment is made within the 2-week period and no contact is made to either explain the delay or request an extension, the layaway agreement will be canceled.

• 10% fee will be charged for any missed payment or cancellations.

Payment Completion and Shipment

• Once full payment is made, the product will be shipped according to our regular shipping policies.

• All standard return, refund, and exchange policies will apply once the layaway item is shipped.

Transfers and Refunds

• Layaway orders can be transferred to another person, or the item can be refunded, but only after the full payment is made.

• After payment is completed and shipment occurs, all regular terms and conditions for purchases will apply.
